Sam takes care of her clients. She’s responsive to calls, pays attention to detail, and follows up well with clients. She gave me detailed printed campaign reports from my 7 Open House events. She gave me practical assistance too. For example, she lent me some furnishings for Open Houses. She dropped off a box of my unneeded tools to her local men’s shed. In the busy process of selling, I so appreciated this practical, hands-on, ‘It’s no trouble’ support. I found her emotionally perceptive and she takes care of both buyers’ and sellers’ feelings. I have full confidence In Clinton Viertel's abilities as an agent because I have seen him in action. He is genuine, honest and committed to his clients. A few years ago, he sold our last investment property at the price we wanted and we have used his services ever since. With the sale of this current investment property, Clinton and I discussed price and strategy. I had no hesitations in being guided by his experience and expertise. Although there were a few challenges with access to the property, Clinton was always considerate and professional with tenants and everyone involved. When I saw that Nick had a 5 star agent rating online, I thought "How good can this guy really be?". Well, I am happy to say the answer is "Really really great." Nick went above and beyond for my property - more so than I had even hoped! He did considerable leg work to engage and coordinate trades for work at the property pre sale, all of which went smoothly and to schedule. His guidance throughout the campaign was clear, practical and market appropriate, and ultimately resulted in a fantastic sale price. Not only was Nick efficient and a great communicator, but he was also lovely to deal with.
I would highly recommend Nick to future sellers.

Shaun was super responsive and friendly from the start. I spoke to over 20 real estate agents over the past 2 months while looking to purchase a property, and most of them would ignore my phone calls as they were overwhelmed in such a hot Perth market.
